If you work across more than one location, choose the site you're working in. You can switch sites any time from your account menu — what you log always lands on the site you picked.

No. The Windows and Android apps update themselves — you'll get the latest without doing anything. See what's changed on the What's New page.
Use Report a bug inside the app (it's in the menu) so it lands where it can get fixed, with the details attached automatically. For anything else, get in touch.
No — the HMI / SCADA that runs the plant is a separate system for authorised plant personnel. The AgraX apps here don't control the plant.
