AgraX HMI / SCADA

A different product from the AgraX apps. This is supervisory control software for the pilot plant — it reads live process data and, once commissioned on a station, writes setpoints to the controllers that run the plant. Intended for authorised plant personnel only.

The operator station software. On its own it opens to an empty screen — it needs a plant project (step 2) to display anything.

Reformer · Fischer-Tropsch · Hydrotreater — 371 tags, 6 process screens, the loop faceplate and all three cRIO controllers, ready to connect.

Controllers arrive switched off and read-only. A fresh copy will not touch the network until someone enables it, and will not command anything until every setpoint has been entered and the controller is deliberately armed. Opening the project is safe; running a plant with it is a decision you make twice.

Install the HMI

Run the installer above on the operator station.

Open the plant project

Launch the app, choose Open project, and pick the .agrax file.
